A couple nights ago, the Dungeon Family rocked out the Lakewood Amphitheater. Legends and rising talent preceded them, from Busta Rhymes to Erykah Badu to Ice Cube to Jazmine Sullivan to Anderson .Paak. But what people came to see was the home team.
The crew from the corner of Headland and Delowe came with it.
Equally as noteworthy was the wardrobe sported by The Fam. Tony Cruver, a former guest on The Atlanta Formula, had a night to remember as well. Lacing the back of Big Boi and several members of the Dungeon Family, the Cruvie brand was strong on the stage.
For those new to #theformula, Cruver joined us on the fourth episode “The Entrepreneur Show.” On the show he discussed making a message a brand, the challenges to getting Cruvie off the ground and optimism for the future.
Looks like his message is getting through.
All told, this ain’t a review. This is a stamp of approval, from a guy fortunate enough to witness homegrown art performed live. In their Cruvie gear. A win for the guys on stage. A win for those in attendance. A win for the city.
